The brief
Plumbers, electricians, heating engineers and roofers miss calls while they are on jobs, and each missed call is a lost job. Ring Rescue texts the caller back in seconds, answers their questions, captures the job and books it.
Decisions worth explaining
Nothing new to learn
It works on the phone and number the tradesperson already has, through call forwarding. There is no app to install and no dashboard to check between jobs.
A human can always take over
The assistant hands the conversation to a real person the moment the caller or the owner wants one, so the AI never stands between a customer and a booking.
