Omnitholos Ltd is a UK software studio. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this website.

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form:

• your name and email address
• your company, if you give one
• the type of project and, if you choose to say, a budget range
• your message
• your agreement to this notice

We also see the time the form was sent and the network address it came from. The address is used only to limit repeated submissions and is not stored.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. We use your details for nothing else and we do not add you to any mailing list. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

Your enquiry is delivered to us as an email by Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself runs on a hosting provider that handles the request on our behalf. Neither uses your details for their own purposes.

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on the conversation, then deleted. If we start working together, what you tell us becomes part of that project's records instead.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting the site sends nothing to third parties.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your details.
